Corrections Officer Slapped With Second Rape Charge

HIGHLAND HILLS, OH (WOIO) -

New developments in the case of a corrections officer accused of raping an inmate at the Cleveland House of Corrections.

19 Action News has learned that corrections officer James Bell has been slapped with a second rape charge.

Bell is accused of sexually assaulting a 24-year-old male inmate at the Cleveland House of Corrections back in March.

Now, Bell is accused of raping a woman he met on a phone chat line in Maple Heights.
