Matthew Fox is not charged with any criminal offense in connection to an incident on a Party Bus in the Flats.
The City of Cleveland Officials just told our Investigative Reporter Scott Taylor “After a thorough review of the facts”, the Prosecutor’s Office has decided not to charge.
Heather Bormann, the driver of the bus, just filed a lawsuit against Fox claiming he was drunk and attacked her after she refused to allow him on her private bus. Fox has never commented on the incident.
