Mitt Romney Taps Congressman Paul Ryan As His Vice Presedential Running Mate

The pick is in.  Republican Presidential nominee Governor Mitt Romney announced today that Congressman Paul Ryan will be his running mate in November as both seek to unseat President Barack Obama.  Ryan is best known for his controversial “Ryan Budget” which will totally eliminate many programs that a large number of Americans depend on such as Medicare.  Ryan also is a champion of the Tea Party, supporting many of their platform issues such as completely banning abortions.
