CLEVELAND – Cleveland firefighters are trying to put out a fire at an apartment complex on Triedstone Street.
The third floor of the apartment building, located at 2442 Triedstone Street near Community College Avenue on the city’s east side, went up in flames around 2:30 p.m.
Smoke was seen coming from the third floor of the building.
According to Cleveland police, officers were also called out to the scene after a person starting fighting a firefighter. Apartment security is holding the suspect until officers arrive.
No word on injuries at this time.
