Ten billboards that were placed in predominantly poor neighborhoods that declared “Voter Fraud is a Crime” will be coming down. The billboards, which sparked cries by critics claiming voter suppression, were sprouting up in recent weeks in Cleveland, Lorain, Cincinnati, and Columbus.
Groups that were opposed to the message carried by the billboards, including Cleveland City Council, will replace the message with new billboards that will declare “”Voting Is a Right. Not a Crime!”
