Cleveland police said it happened a little after 10 p.m. at East 105th Street and Ashbury Avenue.
The shooter fired a gun from the sidewalk, police said. Six bullet holes could be seen in the side of the bus, which later sat on the Cleveland Clinic’s campus on Euclid Avenue.
One person was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in stable condition for a gunshot wound to the leg, Cleveland EMS said. Another person was injured, but not shot and is also in stable condition. Both victims were passengers on the bus.
No arrests have been made.
