CANTON, Ohio – Police seized $90,000 worth of marijuana from a Canton home.

On Aug. 5, the Stark County Metro Narcotics Unit, the FBI Safe Streets Task Force and members from the Cleveland Office of the Drug Enforcement Agency executed a search warrant at a home in the 2500 block of 16th Street in Canton.

Inside, agents discovered drying marijuana, 89 marijuana plants worth $90,000 and two semi-automatic pistols and one rifle.

Police arrested Kristopher L. Cushman, 28, for illegal cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana. Additional charges will be presented to the Stark County grand jury. Cushman is being held at Stark County Jail on the felony charges.
