CLEVELAND – Michelle Knight, one of three women held in captivity by Cleveland man Ariel Castro for ten years, will speak at a rally honoring women victims of violence.

The rally will be held Oct. 29, four years after authorities discovered the bodies of several missing women in the walls of serial killer Anthony Sowell’s Imperial Avenue home.

Family members of other female victims of violence will also speak at the event bringing awareness to violence against women in Cleveland.

The rally starts at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29 at E. 123rd Street and Imperial Avenue, near the former site of Anthony Sowell’s home. Participants are asked to bring candles and signs.

Knight recently made an appearance at a Halloween costume benefit party in Hinckley. A video of Knight singing Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” at the event was uploaded to YouTube earlier this week.
