CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
As of Thursday afternoon, two counties have issued a LEVEL l snow emergency notification.
Summit County Sheriff Steve Barry and Lorain County Sheriff Phil Stammitti issued the alerts early Thursday afternoon.
Level 1 Snow Emergency: Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads are also icy; drive carefully.
