Snow Alert

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

Meteorologist Jeff Tanchak is forecasting a major winter storm to blow through northeast Ohio Wednesday.

It’s expected to begin Tuesday night with a light rain then change over to snow Wednesday morning around 8 a.m.

The Ohio Department of Transportation is gearing up for the weather event.

Since it will begin as rain, ODOT says crews will not be pre-treating roads.
