Authorities at Ohio State University are closely monitoring what officials are calling a ‘threat’ that was made online.
A campus wide alert was issued Tuesday morning at the main campus in Columbus.
The Ohio Department of Public Safety sent an email warning students and staff about the anonymous threat.
The campus is currently open and never went into lockdown.
University police did not release any further details.
The university is telling students to be observant and to report any suspicious behavior by calling OSU Police at 614-292-2121.
