JACKSONVILLE, FL (WOIO) – The Cleveland Browns fell to Jacksonville 20-24 Sunday.

Amazingly, the Jaguars turned the ball over six times and still won thanks to a Cleveland offense that only scored ten points off the miscues. Five of the turnovers came on consecutive drives in the second half.

The Jags finally put a drive together in the fourth quarter. Mercedes Lewis caught his 8th touchdown of the season to tie the game at 17. Colt McCoy then lead the Browns on a late drive that lead to a field goal and a 20-17 lead. Then Jacksonville found their Mo-Jo.

Maurice Jones-Drew (aka “Mo-Jo”) took a screen pass and went 75 yards through the Browns defense before being tackled just before the goal line. Two plays later he scored to give the Jaguars a 24-20 lead with less than two minutes on the clock. Cleveland was out of time outs and could not put together another late drive.

The Browns drop to 3-7 and the Jaguars advance to 6-4.

Next weekend, the Browns return home to host the Carolina Panthers.

McCoy injured his ankle and was seen in a walking boot after the game.
