PARMA, Ohio – A woman from Parma is accused of hitting and killing her daughter with a car over the weekend.

The incident happened at about 3 a.m. Sunday in the 5600 block of Warwick Drive.

Parma police said 45-year-old Kimberly Rudnay was driving a car and struck 22-year-old Meagan Skeens. Skeens was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where she later died
