Billboard Asks Black Men To Choose Pinstripes Or Prison Stripes
The group, 100 Black Men, and the federal program “Project Exile” have begun to put up billboards in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area asking African-American men to choose between pinstripes or prison stripes.
