LeCharles Bentley Sues Cleveland Browns

Bentley’s attorney Shannon Polk tells Fox 8 News, the lawsuit was filed in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, and stems from the team’s recommendation that Bentley rehab from knee surgery at the team’s medical facilities. Bentley contracted a staph infection while rehabbing.

The lawsuit claims the Browns never informed Bentley of staph infections suffered by other individuals at the facility prior to Bentley’s injury.Full Story  Fox8.comcharles
