CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – Phil Taylor, the Browns top draft pick, has agreed to a four-year deal with the team.

Taylor, a defensive tackle from Baylor, tweeted Tuesday afternoon that he’s on his way to Berea. The Browns don’t practice on Wednesday, so his first day on the practice field will be Thursday morning.

The Browns selected Taylor with the 21st overall pick in April NFL Draft. He missed the first four days of practice while holding out, hoping for more guaranteed money in his contract.

The 6-4, 340 pound defensive tackle was second-team All Big 12 last season at Baylor.

Taylor is the last of the Browns 2011 draft picks to sign with the team.
