Brecksville police said a 21-year-old woman was arrested after she attacked three children with pepper spray.
The incident occurred Wednesday afternoon at the Kids Quarters playground on Community Drive.
According to a news release, officers were investigating the assault of a 4-year-old child when they learned that at least three children had been hurt.
A man who witnessed the attack told Fox 8 News reporter Elisa Amigo that he saw the woman run from the scene after “soaking” a little boy with the spray.
