Alvin Brown joins Roland Martin on the Tom Joyner Morning Show. Brown, who is running for mayor in Jacksonville, FL detailed that early voting has begun, they are doing well in the polls but voter turn out is low. He also expressed the importance of African-Americans getting to the polls.
If Brown is elected he will be the first Democrat to hold the mayor’s office in twenty years and the first African-American to be mayor elected of the city.
