19 Action News is learning more about a man busted for ripping off Browns fans who were at the game.

A man named Troy Dexter has been arrested for breaking into cars during the Browns game. The police report shows he even dressed as a fan.

The break-in’s happened in the Willard Garage, it’s located right behind city hall.  

A good citizen walked up to an officer working traffic after the game and said hey some guy’s trying car handles in the under ground part of the garage. Cops found Dexter with a computer, three cell phones, an Ipod, two credit cards and 6 gift cards.

The report also says he had on a Browns jersey. He also had a knife, a flashlight and a steel object to shatter glass.
