Add yet another location to Cleveland’s ever-growing list of food truck stops.
Lunch by the Lake will be held every Thursday through September on East 9th Street next to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
Eight food trucks will be available for the lunch-time crowd.
The debut of the food trucks along East 9 Street received a very hot response. Literally. Temperatures rose into the 90s, making it a little difficult to enjoy the food. It wasn’t any easier for the chefs inside the trucks.
“With our gyro machine and the hot weather it gets well over 100 degrees in here,” said Joey D, assistant manager of the Chef Grey Wolf food truck.
The delicacies were quickly consumed by patrons standing in any patch of shade they could find.
