On Tuesday, recently acquitted George Zimmerman (pictured) was pulled over by police for speeding, making this the second time he has been pulled over in a little more than a month, according to WTSP.

After reportedly driving 65 mph in a 45 mph zone, Zimmerman was reportedly pulled over in Lake Mary, Fla.

While more details haven’t been released yet in his Florida pullover, this isn’t the first time Zimmerman has been pulled over.

Zimmerman was pulled over on July 28th in Forney, Texas. As NewsOne previously reported:

According to CBS News, Zimmerman was driving a gray Honda pick-up with Florida plates and had the following exchange with the police officer:

Officer: “Where you headed to?”

Zimmerman: “Nowhere in particular.”

Officer: “Nowhere in particular? Why do you say that?”

Zimmerman: “You didn’t see my name?”

Officer: What a coincidence.”

The pullover occurred just a few weeks after Zimmerman was found to be not-guilty of second-degree murder of teen Trayvon Martin by a six-person jury.

The verdict left part of this nation inconsolable, with marches, sit-ins, and calls for the federal government to intervene continuing even a week short of two months later.

Following the verdict, Zimmerman initially surfaced when he emerged out of hiding to rescue a White family of four, after their SUV overturned.

 ABC reports:

Zimmerman was one of two men who came to the aid of Dana and Mark Gerstle and their two children, who were trapped inside a blue Ford Explorer SUV that had rolled over after traveling off the highway in Sanford, Fla. at approximately 5:45 p.m. Thursday, the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

The crash occurred at the intersection of I-4 and route Route 46, police said. The crash site is less than a mile from where Zimmerman shot Martin.

By the time police arrived, two people – including Zimmerman – had already helped the family get out of the overturned car, the sheriff’s office said. No one was reported to be injured.

Zimmerman was not a witness to the crash and left after speaking with the deputy, police said.

Soon after, the Gerstles promptly distanced themselves from Zimmerman, effectively canceling their press conference and emphasizing that they “did not want to be associated with George.”

Most recently, though, Zimmerman would make headlines yet again when he actually visited the gun manufacturer that was responsible for making the gun he killed Trayvon with. As NewsOne previously reported:

Fake policeman and genuine public menace George Zimmerman (pictured) continues to make headlines for his poor decision making. Fortunately, no one else has yet died as a result of his bad choices, but his grandiose display of stupidity and disrespect is worth noting all the same. Indeed, Trayvon Martin’s killer recently visited Kel-Tec, the gun makers behind the very PF-9 pistol Zimmerman used to kill Trayvon.

If his track record is any indication, Zimmerman is unfortunately sure to be in the news again soon.
