The RTA will offer extra service to help commuters avoid traffic due to the I-90 closure Friday.
A third car will be added to many Red Line Rapid trains serving the west side for Friday’s morning commute.
Extra buses will be available at RTA Park-N-Ride lots in Westlake , North Olmsted and Strongsville . Re-routes will be made in an attempt to address the closure.
The eastbound side of the Innerbelt Bridge — I-90 EB between I-490 & I-77 — is closing Thursday at 9 a.m. That closure will last until Monday at 6 a.m.
