A Cleveland 2-year-old is dead after falling from the 17th floor of an apartment building.
East Cleveland police said the call came in at 7:40 p.m. for the incident at the Crystal Tower Apartments located at 16000 Terrace Road.
The parents were home, police said.
No arrests have been made at this time.
The incident is under investigation.
