An Ohio gun group said that 100 guns were bought from people on their way to return guns to the Cleveland Police buyback.

Ohio Carry Carry Public Relations Officer Aaron Collins said that between his group, Ohians for Concealed Carry and private citizens, 100 guns were bought from people for cash before they made it toSaturday’s gun buyback.

Collins noted that anyone for whom owning a gun was a federal offense were forwarded to Cleveland Police, who reported that they bought 270 guns in exchange for gift cards and sporting event tickets.
