America’s Nutrition Coach, Dr. Ro, joined Roland Martin on “NewsOne Now” to share her healthy holiday eating tips.

Dr. Ro suggested that viewers eat light before going to their office parties. They should start the day with a cup of yogurt and a piece of fruit for breakfast and then “graze throughout the day.”

Ro offered grazing as a solution to curb excessive eating at holiday parties and get-togethers. She said viewers should graze prior to the party so that you are not “ravenous.” Dr. Ro added this way your eyes won’t get “really big and then the next thing you know you’ve over eaten.”
