Sanders Beats Clinton In West Virginia, CNN Projects:

Bernie Sanders will win the West Virginia primary Tuesday, CNN projects, besting Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton.

Sanders’ victory serves as a reminder to Clinton that despite her looming showdown with presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump, she has yet to formally wrap up her own party’s presidential nomination.
“We now have won primaries and caucuses in 19 states,” Sanders said at a rally in Salem, Oregon Tuesday evening. “Let me be as clear as I can be. We are in this campaign to win the Democratic nomination.”

West Point Clears Black Cadets Over Raised-Fists Photo:

The 16 female, African-American cadets who appeared in a photograph with raised fists in uniform will not be punished for their controversial “Old Corps Photo.”

The U.S. Military Academy announced Tuesday that no punitive action will be taken against the cadets, according to a school press release.
The official inquiry concluded the photograph did not violate any Army or Department of Defense regulations and was only intended to demonstrate unity and pride.

Bullying Is A ‘Serious Public Health Problem,’ Report Says:

It’s time to recognize bullying as a serious public health issue, according to a new report from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine. But zero-tolerance policies aren’t going to cut it.

“We need to understand that this is a public health problem faced by a third of our children,” said Dr. Frederick Rivara, chairman of the committee compiling the report. “It has a major effect on their academic performance as well as their mental and physical health.”
