Mary J Blige took the stage at the 2017 BET Awards performance and delivered a soulful rendition of “Set Me Free” and “Love Yourself” from her latest album, Strength of a Woman.
Naturally, she pulled from her real-life divorce from Kendu Isaacs as inspiration — but Kendu wasn’t feeling it.
He took to Instagram to call Mary’s performance ‘forced’ and claims he’s ready to tell his truth.
