East Cleveland police say the parents of the 4-year-old boy found wandering alone Sunday morning have been located.
Police say the boy was found wearing only a shirt in the area of Hayden and Elsinore avenues. The boy told officers he has other siblings and gave the name Marion as a possible
The boy’s parents, identified as Demershion Taylor and Earcielee Chisholm, have been arrested, due to the fact they didn’t know their child was missing. Police say the boy had linear burn marks on his wrists, indicating he may have been bound.
Children’s services was called to handle the other children living at the home.
