Though Wynter Pitts, founder of For Girls Like You Magazine, passed away unexpectedly last week at just 38 years old, leaving behind a husband and four daughters, there are many gems of wisdom she shared that will live on.

The author and girls empowerment speaker expressed during a recent motivational talkthat she wanted her life to be one that will inspire confidence and cause others to see God’s love.

“As I think about my daughters, their friends, and when I think about my friends, and when I just think about generations of girls that I’m speaking to and I’m writing for, and I’m praying for, and I’m thinking about them, my prayer is that [I would be] like Paul.

In Philippians 1:14, he says, it’s because of my imprisonment that more believers are standing boldly, that more believers are delivering with confidence the message of Christ.
