Downtown Cleveland is the fastest growing city neighborhood and shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon, according to a report released Wednesday afternoon by Urban Partners.
The report states developers could build and expect to fill 6,800 more residences in downtown Cleveland by 2030 and still not over saturate the housing market in the city.
“Really, what the report is telling us is that we’re just scratching the surface on how far we can grow the downtown population,” said Michael Deemer, executive vice president of business development at the Downtown Cleveland Alliance
