‘Leaving Neverland’ the documentary of the alleged sexual molestation accusations by two grown men Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck by the hands of the late pop superstar Michael Jackson has aired on HBO for the past two nights.  The documentary in it entirety is over 4 hours long and has concluded with Oprah Winfrey interviewing Jackson’s accusers that aired afterwards simultaneously on OWN and HBO.  Leaving a lot of people with mixed feelings about what they viewed.

The Estate of Michael Jackson is allegedly suing HBO for the documentary.  The estate claims that Robson and Safechuck’s said during trial that they were never at the hands of any inappropriate behavior but now many years later after Jackson’s death it is believed these accusations are for money.  The makers of the documentary claim that neither men received compensation for their story.

But the estate of Michael Jackson is not the only ones outraged by this documentary.

The legendary singer Stephanie Mills took to her IG to post her displeasure for not only the HBO documentary but she also questioned why Oprah Winfrey would involve herself with defaming Michael Jacksons name.

My sweet Michael Jackson was a kind compassionate loving person never said an unkind thing about anyone. Leave him alone! This documentary is about nothing but money. The man is dead let him rest. I love Michael. Ms. Winfrey why, why, would you continue to defame Mr. Jackson name
