The first we heard of R Kelly on wax is with ‘R. Kelly and Public Announcement’ and their smash hit ‘VIBE’. With time Kell’s went his way and Public Announcement went theirs. But as it pertains to ‘Surviving R Kelly’, Public Announcement members Andre Boykins and Ricky Webster, there are some parts that seem right however there are some other parts no so right.
