This just in after actor Jussie Smollett had been indicted on 16 felony counts of felony disorderly conduct in a Chicago court of law, it is now being reported that all charges are being dropped.
Jussie Smollett plead not guilty to all 16 felony charges that stemmed from an incident in which Smollett said he was attacked.
Now Cook County Attorney Generals office is saying
“After reviewing all of the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollett’s volunteer service in the community and agreement to forfeit his bond to the City of Chicago, we believe this outcome is a just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case,” the state’s attorney’s office said in a statement.
