CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – The driver who struck several Ohio State Highway Patrol and Newburgh Heights police cruisers during a wild chase appeared in a Cuyahoga County courtroom Tuesday morning.

Imani Edwards pleaded not guilty during her arraignment.

The 23-year-old was indicted on six counts of felonious assault and one count of failure to comply for a chase through parts of Cleveland on March 22.

Edwards did not stop when police attempted to pull her over and told officers that she was on her way to work.
