A brawl broke out at the L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station at about 11 p.m. Friday night, with an estimated 70 people involved, according to police.

Numerous injuries were reported, with four of those requiring hospital treatment, two adults and two juveniles. One adult was listed as having serious but not life-threatening injuries.

DC Fire/EMS, DC Police, and Metro Transit Police all responded, police said.

An EMS mass casualty unit was called to the station near 6th St & Maryland Ave SW. Roads were closed by police.Three male teens were arrested, police say. They said most of those involved left when police arrived.
