CLEVELAND – Former President Jimmy Carter is expected to be released Wednesday morning from MetroHealth Medical Center where he opted to spend the night at the recommendation of his doctor.
He was rushed to the hospital after experiencing an upset stomach during a flight to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Tuesday morning.
President Carter, 85, had come to Cleveland to sign copies of his new book “White House Diary” expected at Joseph-Beth Booksellers in Legacy Village.
