CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – It seems like Cleveland is always coming in last place and now a small group of college students are using it to make money.
The young entrepreneurs are capitalizing off Cleveland’s bad name.
Their clothing line called Last Place might be a first for the city of Cleveland in that it embraces our losing reputation.”We want to create a movement where people appreciate their own city ” said one of the store creators.
19 Action News asked the question “who is going to appreciate such Cleveland titles like Most Miserable City, Worst for a Job and Worst for Weather?
Store workers say “I love my city and do anything to support it .”
Cleveland is also called the foreclosure capital of the state and don’t forget that old favorite the Mistake on the Lake… but should we really embrace these sayings?
