CLEVELAND – The latest numbers released by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections show Republicans have already cast more vote by mail ballots than they did in 2008.
Numbers released late Thursday show 37,094 Republican ballots already into the board with 4 days to go, compared to 2008 when only 34,070 Republican votes were cast early. Republicans still have 13,400 ballots that were mailed out but not yet returned.
