There was also a significant divide in how whites and blacks rated President Obama’s economic policies, with whites taking a far dimmer view than blacks.

Pennsylvania–  A Southeastern Pennsylvania woman has been charged with endangerment over a photograph of a toddler bound to a chair with duct tape covering her mouth. Police say that during questioning, Caira Ferguson admitted to taping her daughter to the chair last summer.
