19 Action News confronts a mother accused of using the bitter cold as a weapon to punish her young daughter.
According to a police report, as a punishment Tracie Jarmon made her 5 year old stand outside in her pajamas in the cold and the snow. And she was barefoot!
Police say it happened last month. That’s when Jarmon made her daughter go out in 17 degree weather.
Cops say the 5 year old argued with an 8 year old. The young one said mom told her go outside, and don’t put on your shoes.
A man in the parking lot saw the child, put her in his car and called the cops.
