BYU Honor Code: Brandon Davies Suspended For Having Sex With Girlfriend

Utah – The BYU Cougars have been dealt a huge blow in their national title hopes with the suspension of Brandon Davies for having sex with his girlfriend breaking the school’s honor code.

Davies admitted the breach of BYU’s Honor Code to the team and school officials confirmed the suspension had nothing to do with criminal activity.

BYU’s honor code also requires students to be honest; abstain from alcoholic beverages, tobacco, tea, coffee and substance abuse; and attend church regularly.
