Caught: Two suspects arrested for the murder of Sabrina Riggins

Police have arrested two more suspects in the murder of a young mom.
20 year-old Devonte Hill and 19 year-old Romell Brown were picked up separately by police and U.S. Marshals Wednesday.
Police say Hill, Brown, and Jerome Watkins broke into 29-year-old Sabrina Riggins home, tried to rob her and then shot her in front of her boyfriend and three children.
The shooting happened last March 14th at Riggins’ home on Woodland Avenue.
