The Miami Heat evened the Eastern Conference finals at one game a piece with a 85-75 victory Wednesday evening over the Chicago Bulls.
Led by Lebron James’ 29-point effort, Miami scored an important road victory days after coming off a double digit loss to Chicago in game one.
Despite battling a head cold, James’ late game heroics were enough to thwart a mighty Chicago run down the stretch.
NBA MVP, Derick Rose led the Bulls with 21-points, but ultimately fell short as Miami outshot Chicago 47.1 to 34.1 percent from the field.
The series heads to Miami on Sunday for game 3 at 8pm EST.
