Cleveland SWAT situation underway on city’s west side
As of 10:00 PM Monday night, Cleveland Police and SWAT are at a stand-off near W. 189th and Pruitas.
Officials tell 19 Action News that they believe a man is inside the home.
There does not appear to be any hostages involved.
