10 month old Aldrich Leathers was found floating in an overflowing bathtub! The baby was rushed to Presbyterian St. Luke Medical Center by an ambulance, where he was pronounced dead.
The man who found the baby was among three other adults in the home at the time. He told officers that the baby’s mom, Muriel Keer was sitting in the kitchen working on the computer when he found Aldrich.
Keer is on probation for drug-related offenses. She’s being held on investigation of child abuse resulting in death of her infant son. The 39 year old mom has not been formally charged, but is being held on $100,000 bond.
