The Licking County Coroner identified the third body possibly connected to the Craigslist murder investigation Saturday.

The body was ID’s as Ralph Geiger, a homeless Akron, Ohio man.

The remains were found in Stock Township on Nov. 25th, the same day the body of missing 47-year-old Timothy Kern was discovered in Akron, Ohio. Both bodies were discovered in shallow graves. Kern was shot in the head.

Geiger and Kern answered a job listing on Craigslist to work on a Noble County cattle farm.

The Summit County teen accused in the deadly Craigslist plot, Brogan Rafferty, 16, was due in court Tuesday, however; the case was continued. Rafferty was charged with attempted murder and complicity to attempted murder for the first two victims.

If Rafferty is charged as an adult,t he cannot face the death penalty.  The U.S.  Supreme Court ruled that juveniles are not eligible for the death penalty but can serve life in prison.

FBI and police say Rafferty and 52-year-old Richard J. Beasley lured at least two men to a farm in Marietta, Ohio. One of the applicants was found buried in a shallow grave, the other escaped death but suffered a bullet the right arm.
