Cleveland Police have arrested the Subway serial robber.

Saturday, the serial robber entered two Subway restaurants armed with a gun, demanding money and food.

Saturday’s robberies happened at stores located at E. 9th and Superior and E. 12th at Chester Avenue.

The robberies happened around 5 p.m.

Cleveland Police arrested Lamar Holsey, 49, near the E. 12th Street location. Officers recovered more the $300 from his person as well as a black BB gun with nine live 9 mm rounds and an empty subway sandwich wrapper from the back of his jeans.

Officers escorted Holsey back to both Subway locations where he was positively identified by employees.

Holsey was arrested for Armed Robbery and Violation of Ohio Drug Law.
