The Terminal Tower will be lighting the downtown Cleveland skyline orange for MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Awareness Month.
The tower will be illuminated orange all weekend and into next week to help the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and people living with MS.
The State of Ohio is the only state that recognizes an entire month to raise awareness about MS, a chronic and unpredictable disease of the central nervous system. More than 20,000 people in Ohio live with MS and it affects many others including family and friends. Increased awareness about MS can lead to earlier diagnosis, reduced progression of the disease course, increased funding for MS research and better community support services.
