A 17-year-old has been charged with aggravated murder following last Friday’s shooting on Waterbury Road in Lakewood.
Police said the teenager was also charged with attempted murder and tampering with evidence. He is being held at the juvenile detention facility.
According to police, Charles Wilson, 17, and Frederick Burt, 20, both of Cleveland, went to a house in the 2000 block of Waterbury Road to rob the residents at gunpoint. During the robbery, the teen victim who we are not naming, shot and killed Wilson, police said. He then chased after Burt and shot him
