CLEVELAND – The Cleveland City Councilman who was arrested for driving under the influence entered a “not guilty” plea in court Monday morning.
Eugene Miller was pulled over by a Cleveland police officer near Route 2 and Marginal Road at 1 a.m. Sunday for speeding. Miller told the officer that he was on his way home from watching the Notre Dame football game.
Court officials told NewsChannel5 that Miller’s blood alcohol content was .056, which is under the legal limit.
Miller will be back in court on Dec. 18 for another hearing.
